| This bed is for my grand-daughter. She loves it! My husband said a few choice words while putting together but he always does.. It is beautiful for a princess. |

Had this bed been delivered in a timely manner AND had it either included the required bedframe (or at least had it been more clear about the fact that the frame wasn't included) I could have given it 5 stars...
I just received this bed frame and while it looks really nice, so far (I'm not able to assemble it as it doesn't come with the required bedframe and the "hollywood" bedframe we currently have doesn't work with this.)
But as another reviewer stated the delivery co. CEVA, is TERRIBLE. I called them as soon as I knew they would be responsible to deliver the bed because our contact phone # had changed & I wanted them to update it. I was assured that the new phone # was now in their system and I would receive a phone call as soon as the item was ready to ship. Well, 10 days later I received a postcard in the mail announcing that they were unable to reach me by phone. So I called to schedule an appt. which was set for the following Monday between 1-5. I stayed home and the package NEVER showed up. I was told the following day that they were unable to locate the package...nice. Needless to say I left several messages that were never returned and wasted a LOT of time dealing with CEVA trying to get this bed delivered. Just be warned that if CEVA is named as your delivery option you will be waiting and frustrated! |

| Really have no idea how nice this bed would be in person as they never shipped. Ordered in mid Nov and they sent me an email a few days later saying it was backordered till Dec 16th. Fine, we were going to wait. The 16th came and went without a word so I called a few days later and was told (after I called them!) that it had been pushed back again till Jan 18th. Well, not very good for a Christmas present and not happy that they were not going to notify us, so we cancelled. Customer Service was very nice and helpful and we did get our refund within the time frame. Would've rather had the beds though. |

| i ordered this item on november first, however this is november 14th and still have not received it yet... the delivery company used is very un organized (ceva) keeps resquedling and promising it will be here tomorrow... my daughter is upset because we were supposed to receive this a week ago.. i will keep you posted... |
