This is really super bright if you want brightness. Mostly plastic. The base is light that it can easily tip over. Requires 3 AAAs.
If you intend to use it as a table booklight, the light is extremely bright and has a harsh hotspot. We use it mostly as a flashlight alternative.
Ours broke between the base and the neck. We glued it with Gorilla glue and still works (3 years now).

This lamp is useless.
Goes through 3 AAA batteries quickly.
Good News: It does stand up .... unless you move the neck to the side. |

This light is small, and does not give off much light. Very flimsy, would not take much to break it. It will work ok if the power goes out, however I recommend buying the SE 20 LED Silver Lamp Light instead. It cost $1 more and really works well.
Save your money, don't bother with this little light!! |
